• Heiva Lounge Bar offers fine wines, spirits and small plates. Open all day.
• Vaipuna Pool Bar offers a wide range of cocktails and snacks. Open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Moevai offers an international breakfast and brunch buffet. Monday to Saturday: open from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. On Sunday: open from 6.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
• Taitea offers dishes with vegetables, fresh fish and aged meat. Open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and for dinner from 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
• San showcases the best of Southeast Asia: sushi, hot pot and dim sum and a fine selection of Japanese sakes and whiskies. Open for dinner from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
• La Strada takes you to the heart of Italy. Open from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.. Closed on Monday and Sunday.

Conditions

2025 Children Policy when accompanied by a paying adult currently staying in the hotel :

• From 0 to 6 years old included: Complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner from the children's menu. Mandatory Christmas' eve and New Years' eve dinner: free of charge. Beverages not included. 
• From 7 to 11 years old included: 50% discount on regular food menus, theme dinners. Mandatory Christmas' eve and New Years' eve dinner: 50% discount on rack rates. 

2025 Cancellation Policy:

• If a reservation is cancelled 15 days to 7 days before arrival: 1 night will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: the entire stay will be charged.
   
• If a COMBO offer reservation is cancelled 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 1 night will be charged. 
• If a COMBO offer reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: the entire stay will be charged.
   
• During the festive season, if a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival : 100% of the stay will be charged. 

In case of a no show, the entire stay will be charged.
In case of anticipated departure all remaining nights will be charged.

2024 Children Policy: 

• From 0 to less than 6 years old: Buffet breakfast is free of charge, lunch and dinner are free of charge from kids menu when one adult is consuming
• From 6 to 12 years old included: 50% discount on all food and beverage (not applicable to alcohols & kids Menu)

2024 Cancellation Policy:

• Individual cancellations must be received by 15 days prior to scheduled check-in time to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.
• Cancelations received after this time will incur a charge in the amount of one night’s room and tax.
