Where is the Raimiti guesthouse located ?

To get to Raimiti, you will need to take a boat from the airport or village – it is the only way to get there. There is no road; the property is located on the opposite side of the atoll.

An outing in a "Kau" (a small aluminium boat) inside the lagoon will make you forget the world that you know - to let yourself be carried away by the world of Raimiti. Along the coast, you will see a landscape of motu, beaches, coconut groves, reefs and an increasingly wild nature as you move away from the village.

Finally, it's time to dock on a pontoon in the middle of nowhere. This is where lies the Raimiti guesthouse, between the lagoon and the ocean, in the middle of a large coconut grove.

2025 Postponement Policy:

• Possible (free of charge) if more than 2 months before arrival
• New stay expected within 6 months
• Less than 2 months before arrival, one night will be charged

2025 Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation for a confirmed booking, the fees are automatically applied. Invoicing at the cancellation date.

• Reservation cancelled: more than 30 days before arrival: 20.000 CFP
• Reservation cancelled less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
• Reservation cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date: 75% of the total stay
• Booking cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival date, no presentation: 100% of stay
