The Villa is located on th Northern coast of Moorea in the village of Maharepa and nearby of all facilities accessible at only few minutes by foot. Far from the principal road, it is located at the end of a private pathway.

Inspired by the Polynesian architecture, the spacious Villa Meheana is composed of 4 units all equipped with a pandanus roof and a wooden terrasse, including one unit which only has the common areas (well-equipped kitchen, dining area and the TV room) with a large furnished terrace offering a view on the lagoon. The 3 others are ari-conditioned rooms of different capacity with their own private bathroom.

Offering tranquility and security, the villa is facing a magnificent shallow-waters lagoon. A channel in the lagoon is practicable by small boat (25 feet) or by kayak to discover the beautiful turquoise lagoon.

2024 Payment Policy:

• 30% down payment at the time of booking
• Balance payment 30 ou 60 days prior check in date
• If the stay happens less than 30 days after booking date, the full payment will be required at time of booking

2024 Cancellation Policy:

• From the booking to 45 days prior to arrival: 84 euros fee
• From 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the stay will be charged + 84 euros fee
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged, no refund
