Villa Ora is located in a gated hillside neighborhood on the eastern coast of the island of Moorea. 5min away from the ferry terminal, and at a 5 min drive from the well-known Temae public white sand beach and the 18-hole golf course, this vacation rental is perfect for your future holidays.
It also turns out to be located a supermarket and few minutes away from the main village of Maharepa where guests will find pearls, souvenirs, a post office, a medical center, ATMs and some restaurant and bar options.

The villa has been designed and build in a colonial style with white walls and high ceilings bringing light and breeze inside. It features 3 air conditioned bedrooms with double beds, as well as a small kitchen and 2 bathrooms (sinks, showers and toilets). 
The main living room welcomes a dining table as well as a sofa. There are also 2 single beds for aditional sleeps, which makes it perfect for kids or young adults.
The living room is opening onto a wooden terrace with pool which offers a breathtaking view over the sea.

Conditions

2023 Payment Policy:

• 30% down payment at the time of booking
• Balance payment 30 ou 60 days prior check in date
• If the stay happens less than 30 days after booking date, the full payment will be required at time of booking

2023 Cancellation Policy:

• From the booking to 45 days prior to arrival: 60 euros fee
• From 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the stay will be charged + 60 euros fee
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged, no refund
