Where is the hotel Kia Ora Resort & Spa located ?

Located on on an islet about 10km long, between the channel of Avatoru and Tiputa (two channels between the lagoon and the ocean), the Kia Ora Resort & Spa is a real cocoon. The atoll of Rangiroa is a circle stripe of only 200 to 300 m wide. On the one hand, there is the lagoon with its turquoise-water and on the other hand, the ocean and its waves, creating a breathtaking landscape. • TE RAIROA RESTAURANT :

Te Rairoa, our main restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All open so that you can enjoy the restful views of Rangiroa’s lagoon. Breakfast buffets and “à la carte” options for lunch and dinner are available. The menus offer a wide selection of local and international specialties. Vegetarian options are available.

• MIKI MIKI BAR :

The Miki Miki Overwater Bar is open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Located over the lagoon, the Miki Miki Bar will be the ideal place for a nice exotic refreshing cocktail as you lounge by the pool or relax on the beach. . The bar offers the best view in the entire resort - the sun setting in the lagoon is absolutely spectacular. Light snacks are served from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Conditions

 2024 & 2025 Children Policy:

• One child younger than 12 years of age can stay free of charge in a room occupied by the parents using existing bedding. Breakfast in supplement at 50% of the rate.
• Children from 0 to 11: 50% discount on regular meal plan, except Children menu
• Children aged 12 and older : adult rates

 2024 & 2025 Cancelation Policy: 

• For Low season, a penalty equivalent to 1 night’s contractual room rate applies for cancellations within 14 days.
• For High season, a penalty equivalent to 2 night’s contractual room rate will be applied for cancellations within 30 days.
• Name changes will not be accepted and will be considered as a cancellation of the original booking and a new name will be processed as a new booking and will be only confirmed upon availability.
• No-show: In the event of no-show, in the absence of a cancellation in accordance with the above provisions, or in case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the day scheduled for the Guest’s arrival), 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Early departure : in case of anticipated departure by the clients own decision, 100% of the total stay will be invoiced.
