Cancellation policy 2025 

Cancellation of a reservation: You must send an e-mail requesting cancellation of the rental within 60 days before the start of your stay. 

• In the event of cancellation 30 days before the scheduled date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your stay.
• In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
• On the scheduled arrival date, any delay of more than 24 hours without notification will result in cancellation of the reservation, and you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
