2024 & 2025 Children Policy:

• Accommodation: Paying crib for kids from 0 to 2 years old included 
• Meals: Kids meal plan only available on kids menu. Not applicable on beverage, mini bar, room service and gourmet restaurant Not applicable on December 24th and 31st: discount is applicable on these meals for children under 12 years old.
• Transfers:
  Children from 0 to 2 years old included: free transfers.
  Children from 3 to 11 years included: 50% Off
   

2024 & 2025 Cancellation Policy:

• If a booking is cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival: no penalty
• If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of their stay will be charged
• If clients cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival or do not arrive at the hotel on the expected date: 100% of their stay will be charged.
• No show: If clients do not arrive at the hotel on the expected date, 100% of their stay will be charged
• Anticipated departure: In case of anticipated departure, the whole stay will be charged to the client.
