• Carole's Kitchen & Bar: 
  The guesthouse offers breakfast and dinner, served in their large dining room with a magnificent view of the pool and lagoon. Carole, who is passionate about local and international cuisine, will concoct delicious meals for you throughout your stay. She favors fresh, local produce such as fish from the sea or lagoon, as well as fresh fruit from the region. In the evenings, you can also sip on a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

2024 / 2025 Payment policy:

• 30% of the stay deposit at least 30 days prior to arrival

2024 / 2025 Children policy:

• 0 to 2 years old: Free of charge
• 3 to 11 years old: child rate
• 12 years old and more: adult rate

2024 / 2025 Cancelation policy:

• 30 days before arrival: possibility of postponing stay (max 1 year) or no fee & 100% refund of the deposit 
• Between 30 to 15 days before arrival: the possibility of postponing stay (max 1 year) or 50% refund of the deposit
• Between 7 to 15 days before arrival: possibility of postponing stay (max 1 year) or 25% refund of the deposit
• 6 days before arrival: possibility of postponing stay (max 6 months) or no refund of the deposit
