The Chef Sébastien is dedicated to showcasing local ingredients. Crab, lobster and lagoon fish are served in season.

To the taste of our islands, the varied menu offers a wide gastronomic range. Several varieties of raw fish, carpaccio and tartar are available.

Meals - breakfasts, lunches, and dinners - can be taken indoors for an intimate atmosphere, or outdoors, under fare restaurants feet in the sand.

2024 & 2025 Cancellation Policy: 

• D-30 to D-15: 35% of the total amount of accommodation (excluding meals and airport transfers)
• D-14 to D-08: 50% of the total amount of accommodation (excluding meals and airport transfers)
• D-07 to D-01: 75% of the total amount of accommodation (excluding meals and airport transfers)
• No show: 100% of the total amount of accommodation (excluding meals and airport transfers)
• Early departure: no refund

2024 & 2025 Children Policy:

• Children are accommodated free of charge in the bungalow of their 2 parents, respecting the maximum accommodation capacity.
• Child from 0 to 4 years old: free accommodation and meals if staying in the room of both parents
• Child from 5 to 11 years old: free accommodation if staying in the room of 2 parents and meals at children's rate
• Child 12 years and over: free accommodation if staying in the room of both parents and meals at the adult rate
