This guest house is owned by local people who will be happy to share with you their love of Mataiva island and their traditional skills. You will learn how to make hats, plates and bags with coconut leaves, how to open a coconut and to make coconut milk.

Mataiva village’s hosts always organize a number of tours included in the rate of your stay. Watch people fishing, discover different species and its tender tastes and textures. Learn how to make a plate out of coconut leaves, taste fresh and simple local meals.
