- If a booking is cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival: no penalty
- If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of their stay will be charged
- If clients cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival or do not arrive at the hotel on the expected date: 100% of their stay will be charged.
- No show: If clients do not arrive at the hotel on the expected date, 100% of their stay will be charged
- Anticipated departure: In case of anticipated departure, the whole stay will be charged to the client.
