2024 Payment Policy:

• 30% down payment at the time of booking
• Balance payment 30 ou 60 days prior check in date
• If the stay happens less than 30 days after booking date, the full payment will be required at time of booking

2025 Cancellation Policy:

• From the booking to 45 days prior to arrival: 84 euros fee
• From 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the stay will be charged + 84 euros fee
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged, no refund
