Sailing to Tetiaroa on a Catamaran

With its white sand beaches, swaying coconut palms, colorful birds, and sparkling lagoon, Tetiaroa is a dream paradise.

£157

Sail to Tetiaroa, Marlon Brando’s legendary atoll, aboard one of the largest and fastest catamarans in French Polynesia. After a quick breakfast, take the sea for a 3h cruise. If you are lucky, you will be able to spot cheerful dolphins and whales during the season. It is a beautiful spectacle and the crew do not hesitate to linger to contemplate.

Once you reach the atoll, you will explore its many wonders. Tetiaroa is treasured among Tahitians who know it as a sacred place, it was at one time an exclusive getaway for Tahitian royalty. With your guide, take a short stroll to Tahuna Iti, the ‘Birds’ island’ , a national reserve where thousands of birds roost daily, including sterns, brown gannets and majestic great frigates. While you head back to the boat for your lunch, enjoy the views of the coconut-dotted white sand beaches and the crystalline lagoon. The rest of the afternoon will be devoted to free time. Grab your masks and snorkels and discover Tetiaroa’s spectacular coral gardens and the colorful marine life, it is also not rare to spot turtles swimming around. Wander one last time along the pristine beaches or simple rest in the shade of the palm trees.

An adventure worthy of the name, in an exceptional setting!
