• ARII VAHINE RESTAURANT:

Enjoy Polynesian and international cuisines, buffets, à la carte dishes and themed menus. Arii Vahine is open for breakfast and dinner with Polynesian dance shows twice a week.
Themed dinners include a Barbecue Buffet Dinner on Wednesday featuring a Polynesian Fire Dance. A Tropical Buffet Dinner is offered on Saturday. Enjoy local and tropical hot buffets, desserts and a Polynesian Dance Show.
 

• EIMEO BAR:

Enjoy a wide selection of cocktails and snacks made from exotic local fresh fruit juices and local flavors as well as a selection of champagnes and wines.

• ROTUI GRILL & BAR:

Located near the swimming pool and the beach, the Rotui provides a casual, waterfront option for lunch, as well as a setting to enjoy refreshing exotic drinks and snacks. Rotui serves platters of fresh vegetables and tropical fruits, capturing the Polynesian flavors. The Rotui Grill & Bar also opens for dinner. 
 

• TOATEA CRÊPERIE & BAR:

Built over a natural aquarium, the Toatea Bar appears to float on water and offers sweeping views over the lagoon and Moorea’s majestic peaks..

2025 Children Policy:

• 0 to 11 years old included: Complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner from the Children’s Menu. Beverage & Arii Vahine Restaurant not included.OR 50 % discount on regular Food and Beverage menus, theme dinners.

• FESTIVE SEASON: Mandatory XMAS & NYE Dinner:
- from 0 to 6 years old : Free of charge
- from 7 to 11 years old : 50% discount on rack rates

2025 Cancellation Policy:

• If a booking is cancelled 30 to 7 days prior to arrival: 2 nights will be charged.
• If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged
• If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival in festive season: 100% of the stay will be charged
• NO SHOW Policy : The current No Show fee is 100% of the number of nights reserved for the guest’s stay.
• Anticipated departure : The current early departure fee is 100% of the remaining number of nights for the guest’s stay.

For a stays of 8 nights or more in the Royal Pool Villa or Presidential Villa, the resort reserves the right to apply special cancellation policy. Specific terms and conditions will be notified at time of reservation.

2024 Children Policy:

Accomodation: 

• Stays for up to two children aged from 0 to 11 year old included are complimentary when sharing a room with at least 1 paying adult (even if it requires an additional rollaway bed).
• City tax on guest rooms applies to children aged 12 and older. (Children aged from 0 to 11 year old included are exempt from the city tax.)

Food:

• All children aged from 0 to 11 year old included are entitled to complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner from the Children’s Menu in at least one hotel operated restaurant, as designated by the hotel, when accompanied by a paying adult currently staying in the hotel. Offer does not apply to beverages, canoe breakfast, room service, minibar or gourmet restaurant.
• Children aged from 0 to 11 year old included receive a 50% discount off the regular Food and Beverage menus, theme dinners & Xmas & NY Eve dinners

2024 Cancellation Policy:

• If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival in Low Season : 25% of the room revenue booked will be charged.
•  If a booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival in High Season : 50% of the room revenue booked will be charged.
• No modification permitted within cancellation period. Some exceptions may be agreed following approval from Reservation Department. For group cancellation, please refer to the group policy.
• No show: If clients do not arrive at the hotel on the expected date, 100% of their stay will be charged
• Anticipated departure: In case of an anticipated departure, the whole stay will be charged to the client.
