Nestled in the heart of Atiha bay on the Southwest Coast of Moorea Island, Villa Moana is a rental villa located on the seaside that can’t miss! It is a little paradise to fully enjoy a stay on the water with friends or family. Located next to the village of Atiha, a fishing village with a few local shops, Villa Moana is only a 5-minute drive from the famous Haapiti surf spot.

The Avarapa (reef break) pass named "Atiha" right in front of Villa Moana is also well known among local and international surfers for its beautiful waves.

Villa Moana offers on two levels a spacious kitchen and living room, three comfortable bedrooms (2 bedrooms feature air conditioning), three full bathrooms and a large wooden deck overlooking the lagoon. In addition to the bedroom sleeps, the living room has a single sofa bed, which allows a total capacity of 9 people in the house.

The master bedroom is a dream complemented by a bathroom and a dressing room. The Villa Moana is a very pleasant property to turn, comfortable and intimate.

Guests have access to the shallow waters from the terrace where a stone Tiki is watching skylines. For a swim in the deep waters it will take you a short walk (100m/ 330 ft) in the lagoon.

In addition to the many facilities offered by the villa, guests have at their disposal a ping-pong table, a pool table and a barbecue.

At the back of the property, away from the eyes is a pool bordered by a wooden deck surrounded by a beautiful garden.

2024 Payment Policy:

• 30% down payment at the time of booking
• Balance payment 30 ou 60 days prior check in date
• If the stay happens less than 30 days after booking date, the full payment will be required at time of booking

2024 Cancellation Policy:

• From the booking to 45 days prior to arrival: 84 euros fee
• From 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the stay will be charged + 84 euros fee
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged, no refund
