All Inclusive Rate includes:

• All our meals in our dining venues or in-villa dining (Premium items are at an additional charge).
• 24-hour in-villa dining. A surcharge of 80 euros by order may apply from 10pm to 6am. (Premium items are available at an additional charge).
• Most beverages (bottled water, soft drinks, beers, wines, French champagne and spirits). Premium wines, French champagnes and spirits are available at an additional charge served in our venues.
• Stocked minibar replenished once a day.
• One excursion per person and per day from the list proposed by our Concierge, on a shared basis.

2023 & 2024 Cancellation Policy:

1) LOW & HIGH SEASONS:
For One-Bedroom villas (including Family), Two-Bedroom villas, Three-Bedroom villa and Teremoana Residence:
- No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date.
- A 20% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to the arrival date*
- A 50% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to the arrival date*
- 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
* Or applicable towards a future stay if postponed within the 12 months of the initial booking cancellation date.
Rates are subject to change according to the seasonality.
Only one booking cancellation will be allowed. No reservation name change is allowed.
Shortened stays and early departures will result in a penalty of 100% of the remaining room revenue (for checked in reservations only). Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover this kind of charge.

2) FESTIVE SEASON:
For One-Bedroom villas (including Family), Two-Bedroom villas, Three-Bedroom villa and Teremoana Residence:
- No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 10 months prior to the arrival date.
- A 20% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 10 months and 121 days prior to the arrival date.
- A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled 120 days or less prior to the arrival date.
No reservation name change is allowed.
Shortened stays and early departures will result in a penalty of 100% of the remaining room revenue (for checked in reservations only).
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover this kind of charge.
