2025 Child Policy:

- Children are persons 12 years old and under. Persons 13 years old and above are considered adults.
- Children 12 years and under sharing their parents’ Villa stay free and will not be charged for breakfast at Tipanier restaurant when accommodation is booked on BB Net Rates.
- Baby cribs are complimentary and only available on beach accommodations for children 2 years and below
- Children from 0 to 4 years old eat and drink non-alcoholic beverages free from the Kids Menu and will not be charged for airport transfers
- Children from 5 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount off regular menus (excluding the Kids Menu which is already dis-counted and alcoholic beverages) and will not be charged for airport transfers
- Kids Menu is strictly reserved to children from 0 to 12 years
- Children’s food and beverages policy listed above, applies on Christmas Eve and/or New Year’s Eve mandatory dinners.
- A disclaimer for children and adults 17 years old and under staying in Overwater accommodations must be signed by parents prior to check in. The Resort kindly requires that all children and adults 17 years old and under always be supervised in Overwater accommodations
- Please note that there are no rollaway beds and sofa beds available at The Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa.

2024 & 2025 Cancellation Policy

For all categories - valid all year except during Festive Season only

• For a cancellation more than 31 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied.
• Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to two (2) nights accommodation plus applicable taxes.
• ​In case of No-Show, the full stay will be charged plus taxes. Guests that no-show and arrive unscheduled on days following will still be charged no-show fees plus applicable taxes. 
• Last minute bookings made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival are subject to cancellation fees.
• Early check-ou will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining nights of the reserved stay or 3 nights plus applicable taxees, whichever is the lesser

For all categories - valid during Festive Season only

• Cancellations within 30 days of schedules arrival will be charged for the full stay (accommodation plus taxes)
• In case of No-Show, the full stay will be charged plus taxes. Guests that no-show and arrive unscheduled on days following will still be charged no-show fees plus applicable taxes.

For large and multi Villa bookings - any time of the year:​

The Resort reserves the right to request a deposit and apply a prepayment schedule on high revenue bookings, for example long stays in higher categories, multi villa bookings, etc. The operator will be notified of specific terms and conditions at time of reservation.
