The property consists of three units, a main house, and two fully furnished and equipped independent duplex bungalows. The beachfront main house overlooks Moorea's blue lagoon and is built on two levels.

2025 Payment Policy :

• 30% of the total amount of your rental must be made upon booking, along with €84 in reservation fees, in order to confirm it.
• Balance 30 or 60 days prior check in date
• For any stay occurring within less than 30 days from the reservation date, the full payment of the rental will be required at the time of booking.

2025 Cancellation Policy 

• If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your arrival date: refund of the deposit minus the €84 reservation fee which remains due.
• If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: the cancellation fees will be equal to 30% of the rental amount (which is the amount of the deposit), minus the €84 reservation fee which remains due.
• If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled arrival date: the cancellation fees will be equal to 100% of the rental amount, as well as any additional fees and services.

It is important to note that in all cases of cancellation, the reservation fees remain with TAHITI HOMES®.
Upon receiving the cancellation, this contract will be considered automatically terminated, and TAHITI HOMES® may take possession of the rented property.
